Financial Aid
The University provides very limited scholarship assistance at the M.A. level, but some half tuition merit scholarships are available for students in Arts & Sciences departments. Students seeking financial aid and university scholarships are required to make application before 1st February of each calendar year.
In addition stipends of $500 to $1000 are available upon competition application for travel funds for students going on the Dublin internship, and for students enrolled in the M.A. program to attend conferences related to Irish Studies. Preference in the latter case will be given to those who are participating in the conference by giving a paper, or taking part in a session. Funds are provided by the Foley Family Foundation of Chicago.
